"Pockety" is Mayuri Shiina's pocket watch. It is an antique pocket watch that her grandmother gave to her, and it is very precious to her.

Steins;Gate[]
In the anime on the Alpha Attractor Field, Mayuri looks at her watch moments prior to her death and remarks on how it has stopped working. From Okabe's perspective, those remarks symbolize that he has failed and Mayuri is about to die again.
It is interesting to note that this symbolism only exists in the Steins;Gate (anime). In the visual novel, her death is not symbolized by her watch ceasing to function. This also applies to Steins;Gate Elite—her watch is not used as symbolism in this version of the story either.

In Episode 6, shortly before their Future Gadget Lab is invaded, a flashback of Mayuri looking at her watch appears, but Okabe perceives it as real and looks at Mayuri worried. This scene recalls the Steins;Gate anime scene in Episode 12. In the visual novel, Okabe remembers the Rounders' invasion only after their arrival.
